This class is all about starting those first steps to really get you to a meditation practice which can help you in life. Perhaps you have tried in the past to meditate and have stopped, started, stopped and it has never really sunk in at a deeper level.
Perhaps you are totally new to meditation and a little confused about all the names, rituals and mystique around this ancient practice. Perhaps you have a practice, but have been unable to make it consistent.
You are all so welcome in this class and let's start the demystifying now and get you to a simple practice - perhaps even a daily practice which is going to help you so, so much.
