I formed this Peace Movement because I was seeing more and more that 'the world needs peace'. Do you see it too?
Everyday we see turmoil, hate, conflict, deep unhappiness - which can be present in our lives and we also see it in the world around us.
I feel the world needs peace and I hope you are here because you can see and feel it too. Together we can change this energy - one day, one meditation at a time.
This Peace Movement involves a daily practice of peace meditation. 10 minutes of your day meditating on peace, growing it within you and expanding it into the world.
There will be people meditating on peace all around the world and together we are giving the world the peace it needs.
Start when you are ready, bring in compassion if you miss a day or two and begin again as soon as you can.

I am so happy to bring these e-courses to you and hope you enjoy learning through them as much as I have enjoyed creating them.
My journey to these... I set up my company, Anamaya Ltd, in 2003 after having spent a year in India studying Ayurveda, Yoga & Meditation with the Arsha Yoga Vidya Peetam Trust school in Coimbatore. Previous to that I had been a busy corporate gal, working & living in Frankfurt, Germany. The first years of my business saw me doing Ayurvedic consultations and teaching yoga in London. The main thing I realised was that most of the ailments I was treating were actually rooted in the mind and with some meditation, positive thinking and a new view on life, these ailments were soon gone.
I moved deeper and deeper into the mind and wanted a 'mind-science' which complemented my Ayurvedic background. I discovered life-coaching in 2008 and studied for a diploma.
I believe that my unique take with Ayurveda, life-coaching and meditation gets to the root of issues quickly and effectively. My clients get the results they yearn. I started teaching online meditations in 2013 and realised that these worked just as well as my in-person meditation classes. During the same year I designed a deep soul-connection meditation entitled Soul Healing Meditation, which I had used for my own healing journey and started hosting the Gratitude Circles. I started teaching meditation retreats in 2015, at a beautiful venue on the south coast of England. My own meditation practice deepens everyday and I continue to write and receive insights.
I am so happy to bring you these e-courses through my e-school. It is an exciting online world and I am happy to be part of it. I am looking forward to our deepening connection during your meditation journey.
